I confirm that I have read and accepted the Refund & ECU Compatibility Policy. I understand this is a digital product and that all sales are final: no refunds are offered, for any reason.

• Coverage is per software version, not per brand. Solutions are ones already built and tested. If there is no solution for my exact file yet, it means it has not been made yet — that is not a fault of the software and not a ground for a refund or chargeback. I can check my own file first with the Real Software Test (9.99 EUR) before buying. €9.99 for the first 7 days, then Monthly Unlimited starts automatically at €100.99/month unless you cancel — your first monthly invoice is €91.00 because the €9.99 comes off it. Payment card required. Cancel anytime in one click. • I must pick the file that matches my own SW/HW number. Choosing a different software version is my responsibility. • Read types are not interchangeable. OBD, BDM and Bootmode reads are different: an OBD read cannot be written by BDM, although a BDM read can be written by OBD. • "Original" means the original flash/program data for that car and ECU — it does not mean the file is virgin or untouched.

Immediate Digital Delivery Consent. I expressly request that DaVinci Deluxe · Cloud Edition begin immediate performance and give me immediate access to the digital content and services in my order (software, subscription, tokens, credits, DAMOS files and/or API access). Delivery begins as soon as my payment is confirmed, so the order cannot be cancelled once paid, and I give up any right to withdraw from it or to a cooling-off period, to the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to me.

ECU Damage Risk — My Own Responsibility. I understand that ECU tuning is carried out by me, and that a bricked or damaged ECU, a no-start or a limp/fault mode is an inherent, disclosed risk of the activity itself, is my own responsibility, is NOT a defect of the software and is never a ground for a refund or chargeback, exactly as disclosed at ecu-brick-risk.html.

This risk is greatly increased by cheap, clone or counterfeit flashing tools (our software is designed and validated for professional-grade equipment such as AutoTuner, KESS/KTAG and Flex). I agree to keep my ORIGINAL backup and to contact support for a FREE re-fix if a file we delivered genuinely fails. I confirm I am purchasing as a professional / competent operator for business use, I am 18+ with authority to make this purchase, and I flash using genuine professional-grade tools (e.g. AutoTuner, KESS/KTAG, Flex) — not cloned or counterfeit hardware.
